McCain was not angry, but still annoyed, and why shouldn't he be, at the Times for their story of his improper dalliance with the telecom lobbyist. John should never had let the NYTimes on board in the first place.

The temper story, if I am not wrong, came from McCain's requesting a decision on a govt position for an individual which normally would have taken 300 days and they were into 600 days. He just said a few words that we have not all said ourselves added to either vote yes or no...how difficult is that? Now, that temper story is all they have going for them.

I have heard one person I know say.."but what about McCain's temper?" This is just a another petty personal attack on the man's character because they can't find anything else that will compete with Rezko and Obama-Peter Paul/Clinton cases for '08. I am not a whole hearted McCainite, but these media contrived swamp tales become obnoxious in their constant RE-PEATS, RE-PEATS, RE-PEATS(said the lonely frog).
