Obama as nominee is not likely to want a VP that will overshadow him or make him appear to be less than the extraordinarily brilliant unrivaled leader that he and his worshipers pretend that he is. That would be something of a conundrum for the Democrats to find someone to help the ticket and be just another empty suit.
