8.59mm? What is the cartridge based on. What is its capacity? What bullet weight?

.338 Laupa. 250 grain FMJ-BT is the standard load for snipers. Not sure what you mean by capacity, but if it is magazine capacity then the answer is five.

I was thinking of cartridge (case) capacity in grains. I am a handloader. Now that I know what case it is, I can check it out in my handloading books. Bet it kicks.
