Kalifornia will not wake up.
As this crap progresses, those who would oppose it will move out in ever increasing numbers. Add to this the economic evacuation of companies and people because of out of control taxes and socialistic loss of freedom and you have a recipe for a Kalifornia in economic blight.
They will begin to pull the country in as the RAT electoral lock on it acts like a political black hole, forcing the rest of the country further and further to the left.
In all honesty, I see the only way out is a cleanup after the collapse.
