St. Paul- Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman Ron Carey today filed a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request with the state of New Yorks Workers Compensation Board regarding Al Franken's breaking of the states workers compensation law.
"Al Franken now says he will finally pay the $25,000 he owes for breaking the state of New Yorks workers' compensation law. Franken still hasn't given Minnesotans an explanation for his law breaking, and simply writing out a check for $25,000 and hoping the issue goes away isn't going to cut it. Average Minnesotans who play by the rules, follow the laws and accept responsibility for their actions demand some answers. Given Franken's refusal to address his law breaking, and his efforts to pretend he knew nothing about this issue, today I filed a Freedom of Information request with the state of New York to try and get some answers.
I don’t have to play by your stinking rules! I am above the law! Don’t you know who I am!?
Al Franken=turd.
Senator Breck did the same thing setting himself up as a corporation to avoid paying the FICA and Medicaid or Medicare payroll taxes from his medical malractice victories. Also, he lowered his tax rate since if I remember this right his “winnings” were taxed as dividends not income. It saved him some serious coin on his tax bill.
Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them.
Ha! What a hypocrite!
I remember Al Franken in his memorable role as Baggage Handler #1 in Trading Places. Since that performance the ineffable dunce has nothing to say and says it with a liberal embellishment of bad delivery, embroidering it with reasonless vulgarities of attitude, gesture and attire. There never was an impostor so hateful, a blockhead so stupid, a crank so variously and offensively daft. He makes me tired. Or maybe that was Oscar Wilde.
I wonder if Al’s Error Amerika ever paid back the many thousands of dollars they defrauded from that children’s charity organization. I’m guessing not.
