The Temple Mount and the Western Wall are within the Old City. The Old City is one small part of the City of Jerusalem, and it is surrounded by a wall with a series of gates.
The city of Jerusalem, overall, is accessible by only a few highways, and where one of those highways leads into Jerusalem from the west is called colloquially the “entrance to Jerusalem” or the “main entrance to Jerusalem”. It is where buses, and most taxicabs, enter into Jerusalem from Tel Aviv and other cities along the coastal plain, and it is a few miles from the Old City, which is further east.
This is the location where the Rav Kook Yeshiva is located.
Thanks much ..... I saw some of the Yeshivas right by the Western Wall and it stuck in my mind
