Dick Cheney is wise, experienced, thoughtful, calm, humorous, and ready to step up to be president. Cheney is not a hot electoral commodity; he excels at governance. So does Rudy Giuliani. What an insult to Cheney. Giuliani can't hold a candle to Cheney.
And he's a liberal, to boot.

I’ve resigned myself to giving McCain a try but giving us Rudy would just be another finger in the eye after we had made up and shook hands.
Besides, the guy didn’t carry any votes in the primary.
