I’d like to say a lot more, but all I will say now is Thank G-d it was at 3:00 a.m. and no one was hurt. Glad they have an eye witness, so maybe this person will have a short time to be “free.”

I'd like to see the guy try to explain this "art" or "satire" to the FBI. Somehow I doubt they will care what his reasoning was.
