If there are three brake shops in town and they are all run by crooks who use inferior parts where do I go to get my brakes fixed?

Well, I just Joseph Farah’s editorial at WorldNetDaily.com, and he agrees with you. He’s one of those guys I love but don’t always agree with. And his website is a bit kooky at times, and other times brilliant.

By the way, I also saw today on Brit Hume’s show that in a recent poll, 87% of Republicans “view McCain favorably,” whatever that means. That’s quite a contrast to the views here on FR, isn’t it.

I used to read WND in 2000 before I found FR. I think the quality has to do with who the author is. I read WND articles if they're posted on FR but the credibility depends on the author. I haven't read J Farah in a long time. In 2000 he made a lot of sense. People used to say Drudge wasn't credible. I thought that was ridiculous since 99% of his site is just links to someone else's articles. It's just a collection, Drudge isn't responsible for the content. WND does choose its contributors though so they have some responsibility.

FR is definitely not a Republican site or representative of a broad slice of America. The percentage of strong conservatives is much higher. People here are generally better informed than the average American. We're mostly political junkies.
