$150 million for half a million kids is $300 per kid. Coincidentally nearly equal to the Bush tax refund, years ago. (I know the money isn’t spent like this, but I wanted to put it in perspective.)

"This support is essential for improving the daily lives of Palestine refugees..." Refugees my eye. They're squatters from around the Arab world, mainly from Jordan and Egypt. Generations of them now. Pawns used by the Islamic world solely for the destruction of Israel.

Nita Lowey, who chairs a leading Congressional subcommittee, asked Monday to hold 150 million dollars in aid for the Palestinians after questioning how they will use the money and whether they were committed to peace with Israel. Lowey said she wanted answers from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the State Department before ordering the release of the funds to president Mahmud Abbas’s Palestinian Authority.
Stop it now, Lowey.
It'll just follow the other billions we have given them right down the black hole of Hamas and Fatha.
