basically....its protection time for the teachers....they don’t no stinking parents taking over their jobs.
All the homeschool parents who file R-4 affidavits, on the advice of CHN and HSLDA and whoever else, do so yearly because they are continuously told it’s the only “legal” way to homeschool in California.
Now that this court has said this bunch of dreck, I feel for those parents who need to wake up. I hope and pray that this is an eye-opener for as many as possible.
