Under cross examination by district attorney Greg Mashburn, Kafka conceded: "If he walked out of here today, yeah, he'd be a danger. But we all know he's not walking out of here today."Would that we could rely on that last statement. We DON'T know that, have any faith that it is accurate, and fully understand that what might be true today can be untrue tomorrow. That there is even a "with parole" sentencing option in this case is appalling.
These monsters CANNOT BE FIXED. When caught, they have to be removed from society. Permanently. Period. Quite frankly, putting them to sleep is far more humane than incarcerating them while they wait to die.

that is to say he just accepted his cannibalistic tendencies and to hell with whomever he might need a bite of? If he were half way sane, he could have accepted his cannibalistic tendencies by cutting off & cooking his head. Lord knows, that wouldn't have done much damage, since he doesn't keep his (alleged) brain there.

Sick freaks must be removed from the population, end of story. Kafkas, or Underwoods; or, both?

Meantime, did he 'share' his angst-filled appetite with anyone; besides his victim?
All too disgusting. . .wondering as well, if this pervert kept a scrapbook of Jeffrey Dahmer stories. . .or maybe he is a 'Hannical Lechter' fan. . .

"The man convicted of killing a 10-year-old girl as part of a cannibalistic fantasy "gave up on being normal" and was driven by deviant sexual disorders and a downward spiral of depression, a psychiatrist testified Wednesday."
Boy, paging Captian Obvious. Lemme guess, he also suffered from anti-social tendencies, yeah? Wonder what they paid for that brilliant insight.
