I still remember one thread where a Ruudybot was telling us how wonderful NYC’s gun control laws were. And yet, they insisted that he’s a conservative. Those people were simply on the wrong website.

May be so. Are you saying that money means we sacrifice our principles?. Maybe those that are gone could send their bucks to McCain.
Apparently, moderates, Hispanics and democrats are not opening their wallets.
You know, maybe it could be that the last few months many conservatives have gotten tied of posting here and being insulted by liberal Republicans.
When people are turned off, they tend to not contribute figuring that they are no longer going to hang around.
What you say sounds like another threat.

I believe that’s what one would call ***OUR RIGHT OF OPINION*** Free country and all of that.

As I said, a lot of the Rooty Rooters were pushing liberalism long before Rooty’s campaign started. I think a lot of them were excited to see a liberal RINO running for president.

I would like a lot of FR to return to the way it once was. But the hyenas had their way last April and things changed here. Agreed. It will never be the same. On the bright side, at least the days of Dogged assertions that Duncan Hunter is going to sweep the thing including wild speculations based on Intrade and inane "Huntercles" graphics are over.

I think a lot of them were excited to see a liberal RINO running for president. Then they should be happy with McCain, don't you think?

I can’t even imagine! Longest I’ve held in was the debate threads (~1,800 IIRC).
I’m afraid Mrs. Tick would skip the intervention, and proceed directly to strangling me.

I’d bet that they are. After all, their ultimate aim is the political destruction of conservatism and conservatives.
