I don’t see where this idiotic law even requires a dress. Seems to me it says that anyone who “is feeling transgendered at the moment” is entitled to go into any restroom or locker room they like, and since there is clearly no reliable test for whether someone who SAYS they’re feeling this way actually is, the law is eliminating any legal distinctions between sexes for this purpose.

There are a lot of people who genuinely are anatomically and/or genetically transgendered, and they deserve every reasonable measure of support that individual members of a free society can muster. But the law needs to deal with this on an individual basis, with legitimate medical grounds for classifying someone as one or the other or a genuine hybrid.

The medical term for that is intersex, which has nothing at all to do with being gay.

Some over indulgent male should sue based on discrimination. If you are going to open them then open them to everyone.

Addendum, this law comes from folks who have private bathrooms in their congressional offices. Start using their johns.
