Now why would Clinton want anything but the top of the ticket? She says it isn’t about her, or for power, she’s running because she wants to do things for America. Well, what can the veep do? If she’d agree to the #2 spot, it’s for glory and a place in the line of succession. IOW it’s for HER.

It wouldn’t strengthen the ticket either. People don’t vote for the veep. Dems won’t avoid voting for BHO just because his running mate is not Hillary.

If she really wanted to do things for America she could reach an agreement with Obama that she will be Sec of State. That at least involves work. But no!

Well said. The fact that she is trying to tear a fellow Democrat to pieces is just a glimpse of what she'd try to do to McCain. McCain will be wishing it was 2000 and that he was only facing Rove's people.

I hope all the idiots who took Rush's advice and voted for Hillary to drag things out or because they think she's easier to beat feel really good about themselves, especially if she does go head-to-head with McCain. They have no room to bitch if she actually wins.
