Then let’s use the opportunity to add some meat:
IMHO, the presumptive Democratic candidates share a serious problem: they both consider the electorate to be either field hands to be exploited or house pets to be coddled. They haven’t the first clue that most people will respond to good treatment and will work, but not just for the benefit of someone self-anointed. This puts them well ahead of the social curve: the kinds of policies they want to inflict only make sense in a society which has already collapsed constitutionally. That might happen (God forbid) but despite any handwringing, hasn’t happened yet. There’s still that third group who represent most of the actual electorate.
That group will vote for whoever will keep the two self-anointeds out of the WH, preferably out of public life altogether.
