We still have that chance in Mississippi, Indiana and North Carolina...all are open primaries. Wyoming, Pennsylvania and the re-dos in FL & MI will be closed primaries.

In PA, we have until March 22 to change party affiliation, but then you couldn't vote for local and state GOP candidates. There is no governor or senate race in PA this year, so changing party and voting for Obama might be an alternative for some who don't have important local races to consider.
