I don’t remember Captain Kangaroo reading us Curious George books. I do remember Tom Terrific and Crabby Appleton. Boy, did I hate the Town Clown.

I never heard of clutch cargo. Honestly. and I'm too old for Capt. Kangaroo except in the context of the Statler Bros. song "Flowers on the Wall".

I'm more from the Tom Corbett and space Patrol generation.
