What I don’t understand is this 20 tops stuff. There were hundreds of delegates up for grabs. She won Texas, Ohio and RI. How can she only get 20?

I don’t understand this at all but we got a couple of evident Obama freaks that keep insisting that Hillary has won nothing.

I’m thinking like you...she won, right? How is this a bad thing for her?

But I’m unfamiliar with those election rules.

On the democrat side, delegates are awarded roughly proportionately to the vote. So, Clinton earns only 55% of the delegates in Ohio. In Texas 2/3 of the delegates are up for grabs with the primary vote and 1/3 are awarded by the caucases later tonight.

They are not winner take all states. She won RI but they both got 6 delegates for instance.
