Not exactly. Almost 60,000 votes are counted. Must be from absentee/early voting. Hillary is winning in Cuyahoga County. That spells doom for Obama.
The only reason this isn’t called is because of the late closing in Cuyahoga. Perhaps a miracle is in the works - but unless the final 140,000 votes (expect about 200k votes) are all for Obama - Ohio goes to Clinton.
No - Cuyahoga County has a HUGE population - both those districts, especially 11 are heavily Black.
