The easy way to remember what "tax reform" means to Obama is this: repeal the Bush tax cuts, tax the "wealthy" and tax corporations.
The "wealthy" have lots of money, according to Obama. He says they have enough money to pay for universal healthcare. Obama says they even have enough money to pay for a tax bill for the middle class and the elderly, too. Gee, those wealthy people Obama knows are nice, huh? Some people might call this sort of income redistribution "class warfare" but Obama says that's distasteful.
When Obama talks about "tax fairness" he means raising capital gains rates to a rate higher than our foreign competitors, eliminating tax havens and taxing hedge funds. I know. Blah, blah, blah, right? Just think about it like this: he's going to tax the people who give you a paycheck. You may ultimately be paid less, but it's more fair that way he says.

I can’t believe I’m reading Glamour magazine
My thoughts exactly. I'm always amazed that some of these publications don't take a more conservative stance.
Thanks, Brendan. It’s great to make inroads into journals like this which have been ‘captured’ by the liberals. Women’s magazines have some horrid liberal bias.
“I’m always amazed that some of these publications don’t take a more conservative stance.”
Mags like these are staffed and run by feminist journalists in New York City. What are the odds they’ll be conservative?
Low, but this should be about money, customer segmentation and demographics. I actually think there are a lot more 'glamorous' conservative women out there who would enjoy a more balanced fashion magazine.
Same thing with the broadcast media. Why doesn't CBS become the Conservative Broadcasting Network, and take half the market share from the other two?
” Same thing with the broadcast media. Why doesn’t CBS become the Conservative Broadcasting Network, and take half the market share from the other two?”
It’s impossible for an organization staffed by liberals to be conservative.
So why dont they fire the liberals? Well... the journalism school churn out the liberals to start with.
So its a cycle.
