And then sit down w Hugo and ask him to use restraint during his conquest of Columbia.
He’d tell Hugo, that if he plays nice, the U.S. will legalize drugs, to ensure him a cushy income for life.

It’s called the Obama Shuffle:
Step 1. Retreat from the battlefield where you are fighting your enemy.
Step 2. If they are still there after your retreat, re-enter the battlefield.
Step 3. Repeat Step 1.
I think the idea is that the enemy laughs so hard he dies.
