I’m guessing that President Bush has an ALL-POINTS bulletin out for any major terrorist believed to be still alive. The reports have been here at FR about this attack killing 13, another house bombed over there in Pakistan with HIGH TARGETS involved, etc. It’s pretty clear that Bush wants things mopped up as much as possible before he turns over the keys.
