The story is unclear. Was the mother driving fast and/or erratically and hit the other vehicle or did the other vehicle cause the accident?

This is in my neck of the woods....and from what I “heard” ...... the driver who hit Mrs. Nalls was drunk... which is why he didn’t stop to render aid.
