It’s too late for 2008. Conservatives need to regroup for 2012 if America lasts that long. I have my doubts.

#46 = It’s too late for 2008...

It sounds like the Democrat’s delegates are not legally bound to vote for `their’ candidate on the first ballot at the convention.

What about the GOP? Are the GOP delegates legally committed to their candidate? it ain’t over till it’s over.

# 25 gives an answer about Ohio: GOP delegates are assigned to a candidate, but not legally required to vote for the candidate.
