Ya know, it's been speculated that 1/3 of the entire Colombian budget is stolen every year and ends up in the wrong hands. Colombia is as corrupt as Mexico...Maybe more so. Even their military is corrupt and have proved they can't be trusted. The reports on that country's endless corruption is very well documented.
