When did Reagan admit his mistake? And does admitting you broke the law excuse you from having to serve the time for doing so?

I don't know the exact date and time, but it is well recognized that President Reagan admitted the 1986 IRCA was a mistake and a failure. For McCain or Obama or Hillary to repeat the same mistake would be a failure to learn from history, much more egregious than a first time mistake.

McCain (&Bush)won't even admit his amnesty is an amnesty.

Who broke what law? http://www.otisgraham.com/otis_graham_writings/art_failing_the_test_immigration_reform.html http://www.otisgraham.com/otis_graham_writings/art_big_opportunity_ronald_reagan_missed.html http://www.otisgraham.com/otis_graham_writings/art_ronald_reagans_big_mistake.html

Who broke what law?

You claimed Bush did by allowing illegals over our borders. Reagan did the same and, in fact, granted amnesty to illegals. So. . .what law did Bush break that you believe Reagan did not?
