I’ve looked at it a lot on Fox. I just watched it again. He doesn’t look as far upwind on the video here (first time I saw this one).
I stick with my original assessment that it is pilot induced right wing too high that starts the whole sequence. Tower is not to blame.
Yeah, Thought his right wing was too high also. That down the runway shot though shows that the steady wind was not all that bad. I have seen some videos of much worse. I assume it is the same video I saw. This is like the third time this has been posted.
