I had two kids in college at the same time. I was not getting to fly much due to work. Hangar rent and insurance seemed to be a cost I could get by without. Airplane owners should not own calculators.
She was purely for fun, too slow for practical transportation but a lot of fun. I miss her everytime I rent a spam can.
Yeah - I could buy a Cherokee for what I spent on my kid’s education this year - and he is the first one in college, two more to go.
