Desai can’t be convicted and imprisoned soon enough in my opinion. Unfortunately, he will receive far better quality of care in the prison system than he permitted his paying patients to receive.

I didn't even know that one could have an endoscopy (I've had 10 or 11) or colonoscopy (3) in a clinic outside of a hospital environment.

My docs always explained that it was hospital outpatient "just in case of a tear or perforation" - which would require pretty immediate surgery.
