On Monday, the Drudge Report released a picture of Barack Obama dressed as a Somali elder claiming it had been circulated by "stressed Clinton staffers."
Four days later, on HBO's "Real Time," host Bill Maher strongly implied that the picture had been leaked by conservatives.
Although Obama and his campaign representatives strongly lashed out at Hillary Clinton and her supporters for "shameful offensive fear-mongering," Maher, during his "New Rules" segment Friday, never once mentioned the picture's apparent connection to the former first lady:

It’s common sense: this picture was racist, and we all know who the racists are, so Hillary isn’t to blame. ;-p LOL

It was actually in an British tabloid about a week before it appeared on Drudge. And how do you leak something that’s already been published? However Drudge found it, it was in the public domain (i.e. a newspaper) before it was up on Drudge.
Not a word about who took the pic is there?
Because the person that took the picture is the one that leaked it!

O’Bama should have laughed and said something like, “Yeah, and I only got 2nd place in the costume contest” instead of getting all pissy.
Second, where are the pics of Hillary and Chelsea wearing coolie hats? There are other pics of her/them in local garb.

I have often thought that Bill Maher is some sort of bionic device invented by the evil Karl Rove to demonstrate the vacuousness of liberalism.

Maher is a pseudo-intellectual. He is a wanna-be and it shows. He is only able to make smarmy comments but they all fall apart when they are examined. The only time I can tolerate Maher these days is in a movie he costared, “Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death.” If I see him anywhere else, I change the channel as quick as my finger can hit the remote.
Does it matter who released it? This stuff is good in that it gives us a chance to judge how an unknown reacts to the unexpected before we put him in the White House. So far, Obama gets a failing grade, and the pundits who are out there in a tiff over who and who didn’t say Hussein, or who leaked a picture that is in the public domain better ask themselves why they are going to such lengths to protect their presidential candidate. If he needs the protection, he doesn’t need to be president.
