This is one of those guys that we read about a few days ago... Too many people in jail. We need to let some of them out to reduce the prison population.
Yes, we don't use 'early release' enough.
When the prison gets crowded, we need to find as many of the worst offenders as it takes to clear beds, and release them from this mortal coil early to visit their Father for a stern interrogation & lecture.
