As a liberal, it was a real eye opener to see the role Super Delegates play in the DNC. I found this link of Jason Rae, the 22 year old Super Delegate on youtube which was originally aired on Channel 2 WISN. The piece is so pathetic that its actually hilarious and outraged me so much that I may just pull the plug on them.
...enough said, just as annoying
Great find. I suspected this.
Back off.
The Democrat party has it all: Empty suits, empty pantsuits, and now, empty polo shirts. That was one of the saddest clips I’ve ever seen. That poor young man.
Hey Democrats!
The vote of this idiot kid is worth 100,000 times more than yours. What do you think about a belonging to a party that thinks so little of you?
Exactly. Hopefully, the disenfranchisement will rip the party apart.
So having Chelsea take him to breakfast didn’t work?
I understand your problem. As a social liberal but economic conservative, your natural “home” would be the Libertarian Party. But those guys are a bunch of idiots.
I have travelled a similar road. Over time, I have come to see the wisdom of social policy that has respect for tradition and the tried-and-true principles of organizing society. As such, I put up with some of the more rabid “burn-them-at-the-stake” rhetoric you hear from some Republican quarters, and stick with them in matters of broad policy.
Oh it will make for an interesting convention!
Wow, he’s an ambitious little poofter, isn’t he?
I’ve followed this sight for several years and have been consistently impressed with the insights and ahead of the curve information I’ve gleaned from it. Peer policing and excellent moderator oversight provide an excellent platform for an intelligent exchange of ideas.
I posted that ridiculous clip of the 22 year superdelgate who was elected by the DNC at 17 (complete with braces no less) to underscore just how outragous the superdelegate system the DNC created in 1982 is. That pathetic video speaks for itself and should have been broadcast on all of the networks.
Finally, as a smoker, registered gun holder and someone with an MBA from the University of Chicago which pioneered free-market based economic theories, I’ve become increasingly upset by seeing tens of thousands of my tax dollars go to groups which want to limit my freedoms even further. I’m also tired of the Eco-maniacs like people who wan’t to tax me even more and ration how much steak I can eat because of methane emissions. Change can only come about by maintaining civility. Just because I am socially liberal does NOT mean I love Cornell West or have nothing to contribute and “Just get out” as one poster suggested.
Thank you.
In other words, you think he's gay.
See # 19
Yeah, I missed that!
