So you’re trying to say that DEA costs are included in the ONDCP budget? Wrong. And you know better. Or, if it IS, please point it out. Plus monies for anti-drug efforts for the FBI, for the Coast Guard and for the military. Plus costs to incarcerate the victims of the war on some drugs. Then add them up again.
