I watched jack when I was a kid. He always worked o ut with the big rubber band thing.
In the 1950/60 it was valium. Today it is ... zoloft etc.
The terms “syndrome” and “disorder” are symptoms of an over diagnosis syndrome fueled by a marketing disorder.

I used to have a doctor who asked me on each visit if I wanted zoloft. I never said I was depressed nor did I want the stuff. I finally asked him what kickback he got for pushing zoloft & I got myself a new doctor. First thing I said to my new doctor was do I seem depressed or need zoloft & do you push it. He said no & said no I don’t push antidepressants. I love this doctor & am so happy to be under his care.
