>THE BIBLE SAYS “GOD BLESSES THOSE THOSE THAT BLESS ISRAEL”<

There’s way too many people who just don’t get that one.

Believers yet! Some people say it’s not in the bible. I’ve found it in my King James a few times-don’t remember the exact verse numbers & all that though.

Kristof may have just skunked Obama’a campaign for the presidency. Re the lint that “but a president is less likely to stereotype Muslims as fanatics - and more likely to be aware of their NATIONALISM - if he once studied the Koran with them”,

Holy crap, Batman. So Islam is not about “a religion of peace”; it is about plain old “Nationalism”, the cause of most of the wars in the past several hundred years.

Let’s see: A nationalistic Iran; a nationalistic Egypt; a nationalistic Palestine; a nationalistic Sudan; etc. Oh, that explains the genocide, dhimmitude, slavery, murder, and schools for terrorism. It is “nationalism” that drives this, not “religion.”

Oh, I’m so sorry. We had it backwards.

I guess the Crusades were about “nationalism” and should be given a pass by the Moslem world, which, according to the Gospel of St. Kristof, is what the Moslems are about themselves.

Gee, when Sheik Khalid Mohammed slit Daniel Pearl’s throat and cut off his head (and the same for Nick Berg and the others in Iraq), it was for “nationalism.” Then what was all that crap about it being done for Allah and the world’s Moslems?

So killing Jews and Christians is only about “nationalism”, not a religious conflict.

Thanks Kristof, you just made the world understandable.

The Moslems are “just depraved because they are deprived” of nationalism. Jihad, Jihad, Jihad!!!!

God told Abraham that he would give him the land of Canaan (Israel), to him and his descendents FOREVER. God told Abraham that ‘those who bless you will I bless, and those who curse you will I curse’, and it is found in Genesis Chapter 12: vs 1-7
So what part of FOREVER is it that they don’t understand?
Although Ishmael (father of Islam nations) was Abraham’s son by Hagar not Sarah, IT WAS GOD who said Ishmael would not share in the inheritance of Isaac (Gods chosen Child of the Promise by Sarah, and father of the twelve tribes (sons) of Israel) to whom Israel was promised forever.

If he gets in, they’ll have to build a minaret right next to the White House!

The verse is Gen. 12:3; it is my tagline.

The full text is “I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you and in you all of the nations shall be blessed.”

This is G-d speaking to Abraham, the father of the Jewish people.

I never used to think that all the geneology info in the bible was too terribly important. It is very lengthy and hard to follow at times.

Now, I know better. There is a reason for every word in the bible.

Isn’t there more than one verse that warns us though?

Seems like it was mentioned several times.

Obama Nation 1

I would much rather have a President that has shivers going down his spine every time the National Anthem is played rather than praising the sounds of the local imam calling his people.

PS He must have never been in Cairo when 1000 calls to prayer at sunset sounds like utter mass confusion echoing across the city.

Amen. Abraham’s sin with Hagar, although sanctioned by Sarah his wife goes to show that sin will get you in the end.
The history and geneology of the Old Testament and how sin was covered with the blood of animals, and coupled with the
New Testament primise of Jesus as the once and for all sacrifice gives us the knowledge of how things happened, its effect on us, and what will happen now and in the future because of it. It lends new meaning to “reaping what you sow”. It’s not only in your lifetime, but effects generations to come.
I have two blogs that I have just started, one with a friend dedicated to the Bible, and another one where I express some deep felt opinions so drop by http://lbsmbroadcast.blogspot.com and read our posts. Hmmm"Obama described the call to prayer as 'one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.'”

Prettiest at sunset... well sunsets are pretty but the sun is dying for the day, possibly the same way the muzzies will die in their last sunset hurrah....now a sunrise, bright, clear, beginning of a new day....ah now that's not only beautiful but full of the promise of God's blessings to all mankind( the God of the Bible...not some floundering howling moon god from hell).JMHO, heh heh,

Obama states he’s never been Muslim; yet in the Indonesian school he studied the Koran with Muslims rather than the Bible with Christians. Obama says he has been a Christian for 20 years; this begs the question what was he for the other years of his life. Obama denys; Kristoff only relates the interview.

I think this little bit of data is very interesting, and has not gotten enough consideration

In an interview, Obama :

  1. Recalled the Islamic call to prayer and was able to recite it verbatim
  2. Off the top of his head
  3. In Arabic
  4. With a proper Arabic accent
Rather a remarkable feat for a man who allegedly was not a Muslim, wouldn't you say?

Most people would not be able to do that, unless it was something they recited or heard every day

Yes, and since Arabic isn't the language of Indonesia he would have had to pick it up from some source other than his Jakarta street buddies.  Has there been a madrassa coverup?

You have indeed linked to Kristof's words but I doubt that "Pottersville" is his blog.
