"[Expletive] ‘em. They [the Jews] didn’t vote for us."

This is not an anti-semitic comment.

It is an expression of feeling, which is highly encouraged in today's feel-good political environment, combined with a simple statement of fact.

Don't know why Baker even bothered to deny it.

Thanks for the Jewish Prez vote data...I had often wondered if the Jewish vote was eternally captured by the Soviet Plantation/Demorats! SO BO will not have to worry about losing this group as he runs in the General?

What some people don’t realize is that Jesus is of Jewish lineage. Our beliefs are based on Jewish heritage. Our fight for freedom and independence goes all the way back to Moses.

Some people can only feel better about themselves when they put others down. That is true of any race. It is a shame.

Please. Facts are stubborn things. The Jewish vote in this country has historically gone overwhelming Dem and in some cases, socialist, long before James Baker and other Rep "bigots" came on the scene.

Absolutely, and in the 1980s under Ronald Reagan it moved up to the mid 30% range, 39-31-35 per your numbers.

James Baker's message of *uck you to that 35% of Jews who pulled the R lever, along with the choice of a perceived bigot who had written Holocaust denial pieces and characterized the first Gulf war as Christians dying for Jews, contributed to taking 39-31-35 to 11% in 1992.

Do you think that was a good thing for the GOP?

Do you think foreign policy should be determined by demographic voting trends?

Also, recall the Jewish vote is ~2% of the electorate, and is concentrated a few blue zones. Yes, Jews are more likely to show up and vote than other groups, and give more money per capita than others, but the absolute numbers, in the context of the entire country, are still pretty small.

Baker shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the executive branch.

But you can bet your bottom dollar that it’s his ilk who will run things under McCain, should he win.

More globalist games in which America is always the ultimate loser, where the will and best interests of the American people are nothing.

However, a GOP anti-Semite is no different than a DNC anti-Semite.

Put another way, those unwilling to condemn James Baker's comments can no longer credibly condemn antisemitism or racism on the left.

The following anti-semitic Hillary Clinton quotes are sourced from:
The Foulmouthed & Lying Clintons:

"Jerry Oppenheimer's book "State of the Union: Inside the Complex Marriage of Bill and Hillary Clinton" (2000) quotes former campaign aide Mary Lee Fray, who says that Hillary exploded in a rage after Bill lost his first bid for elective office, a run for Congress in Arkansas's Third Congressional District against John Paul Hammerschmidt.
Hillary blamed Fray's husband, Paul, for the campaign's bungled political strategy. The slur was uttered at a heated, finger-pointing session at Bill Clinton's Fayetteville, Ark., campaign headquarters on election night in 1974, following his defeat.
"You [f*****g] Jew b*****d!" Hillary yelled at Paul, Mary Lee confirmed -- even though Paul Fray is not Jewish.
-- [NewsMax, 15 July 2000]

"Patterson stated that Bill and Hillary Clinton would frequently argue with each other using the worst expletives known to mankind, sometimes in the presence of their daughter Chelsea. Some of the anti-Semitic slurs with which she commonly laced her tirades against Bill were "Jew [mother-f****r," "Jew Boy" and "Jew B*****d."
-- [NewsMax, 15 and 17 July 2000]

"If she disagreed with Bill Clinton or she disagreed with some of the Jewish community in Little Rock -- or some of the ethnic community -- she would often make these statements." "She would say 'Jew B*****d' or call her husband a 'Jew boy' or a 'mother-f*****g Jew'," Patterson told the WABC New York radio audience.
-- [Carl Limbacher and NewsMax Staff, 17 July 2000]

"Patterson said he heard Hillary "utter anti-Jewish epithets between 10 and 20 times over the course of his six years at the Arkansas governor's mansion."
-- [NewsMax, 17 July 2000]

Isn’t Zbigniew Brzezinski currently advising Barak Hussein Obama?

Yes, all the same players are at work.

Better to have U.S. foreign policy based on the influence of foreign lobbyists?!

Yes, I know, the Jews run the government.

And shame on Bush II for never addressing Baker’s perfidy on the Iraq Study Commission.

As I noted at the time, for Baker to serve as an envoy to the mideast, or on the Iraq Study Commission, while his law firm represents multiple interests in the gulf, including Saudis being sued by the 9/11 victims, was a clear conflict.

Though I don't think he was a good choice, he should have been required to step down from his law firm, regardless of any financial loss he'd have suffered.

Not sure what your quotes mean.

Jimmy Carter has said the same thing, if reelected he'll *uck the Jews, I believe Cyrus Vance is the source. Note in both cases we're *ucking Jews, not Israel.

I presume your point is that Baker is a Clinton/Carter. I won't disagree with that.

If your point is that Baker gets a pass, since Clinton and Carter do it to, I disagree.

Those who were displeased with the report from the Iraq Study Group thought that the best course was to assassinate James Baker’s character.

Yes, I'm sure that's why this was reported eighteen years ago.

Do you think it's OK for an attorney representing Saudi Arabia and various gulf states to serve on a government study group directly affecting his clients interests?

Shouldn't he at least be asked to step down from his firm, just to make things look good?

Do you think Ed Koch and Jack Kemp are liars? If not, don't Baker's remarks reflect on his character?

Great links & post!!

On one of the cable news shows, one of the talking heads suggested that in place of the current boring presidential debate formats used by the LMSM, they should be changed.

They should make it the same format as the show that has the "Lie-Detector" on it, hook 'em up, and THEN ask them questions.

I think I would even subscribe to it as a PPV.

Imagine Hillary being "hooked-up" and being asked:

"Have you ever used the phrase FJB, and if you lose the nomination to Sen. Obama, will you still remain married to Bill?"

Imagine Obama "hooked-up" and being asked:

"By US Govt standards at 12.5%, are you considered to REALLY be African-American, or Arab-American, and are you now or have you ever been a practicing Muslem?

I'd watch it.
