Just curious: aside from testing new code from a code editor, (which I do frequently) WTH is the use of a “RUN” command?

It's a remnant from earlier MS OS's and then became a shortcut for OS command lines no longer needed, but some people like to have it handy for things like msconfig.exe and stuff like that.

It's now located in the accessory folder and not on the start list.
