I can't speak for everybody, but I'm certainly not bashing his ethnic background.

However, I do think it's important to know what his heritage is and how it has influenced his life and his ideology.

The man want's to be the President of the United States after all. If he was running for Prom Queen maybe his background wouldn't matter as much.

We are realists who believe a child is the product of his/her parents and that checking the background of someone gives a person insight into who and what that person has become. You are pretty PC.
