When I attended the Bush rally in 2004, it was all about BUSH, not Kerry. There were thousands of pumped-up conservatives there, and we had a great time without hearing insults. I have fond memories of it. It definitely wasn't necessary at all for the speakers to whip up the crowd by mentioning that Kerry is a 'hack'.
