This one states the obvious: a republican win in Ohio requires a win in SW Ohio.
It is STANDARD KNOWLEDGE in every election that the SW corner of Ohio (Cincy metropolis) counter-balances the NE corner of Ohio (Cleveland metropolis)
There’s nothing liberal or conservative about it. It’s simply the way it is.

And I totally understand that, but one professor's comment is not the political gospel, neither is some blowhard's parading for the media for his own aggrandizement.
