Talk show hosts on radio and TV make the decision to never run for office in a way — all those broadcasts create fodder for opposition research. Ugly stuff when a single sentence can be taken out of context. That said . . . how the heck is Al Franken not getting buried by his prior statements? So, maybe, I’m wrong.
