So, let me get this straight. DHS is now saying that it is not technologically feasible to build the "virtual fence" that Bush and Chertoff promised us would be just as good if not a better alternative than a real double chain-link fence. And now since the "virtual fence" can't be built because of these new technological issues, nothing's going to happen for three years?
