Right on point, this coupled with the dissing of Cunningham, is a clear "F U" to Conservatives.

Perhaps not stupid, but certainly self-absorbed ...along with his numerous, and I mean numerous, close friends on the other side of the aisle.

History will record, by the very legislation he has helped to author, that he was conjoined with the likes of Ted Kennedy, Russ Feingold, John Edwards, and Joe Lieberman. It will also record that he fought President George Bush on every conservative issue raised over the past eight years, which sadly, weren't that many.
