Can you cite a legal definition for both? I’m just wondering if there is a *little* more to this than many on here are admitting.

It all depends on how “natural born” is defined, imo.

8 U.S.C. 1401 covers McCain. That’s not a definition in a textbook sense, but it is the legal definition. The definition of naturalized is any case but those.
