Doesn’t this statute say he’s declared a citizen, but not a natural born citizen?
What is the definition of a natural born citizen? As far as I know, three are two types of citizens, natural born and naturalized. Since McCain was not naturalized he must be considered natural born, born to two US citizens. Where he was born is not an issues as far as I can tell.
