I have a brother that was born in Japan when my Dad was in the military. Since my dad and mom were US citizens, my brother is too, as afforded by our constitution. There has never been a question about that, period. This is B.S.

Perhaps, the NYT is expecting some question concerning Obama’s eligebility to hit in a day or two and this is their way of insulating Obama?
