Sen. Daniel Inouye has apologized for suggesting that Sen. Barack Obama's private high school in Hawaii was elitist. Punahou, located in Honolulu, is one of the island's most prestigious private schools.
Sounds kinda elite to me.
Did Inouye apologize for Obama's middle name, too?

It is elitist. I wonder how he afforded it. It is like going to LaJolla Country Day school..or Cathedral in DC.
It is for the rich. How was he rich?

Senator Inouye must have been desperate to get some name recognition. Drew Peterson is better known than this weepy senator. Thus, he shows how weepy and wimpy he is and apologizes and apologizes for making a true statement. This worked as a twofer: his name was mentioned when he made the statement and his name was made when he apologized. And he is a US Senator?

14,000 dollars a year sounds elite to me.
