Referring to your first pic, do you know what the function of that box hanging on the pole (it says ‘musco’ on the sign) is used for? Is it a digital substitute for the old signs that said the team sponsor’s name?
... and what are all the yellow fishing pole thingys for?
They did the cars like this at TMS last year. Before moving to the track, they had half of them on pit road pointed one way and the other half facing backwards. Looked like Nascar's prelude to a demo derby. ;)
