Why does the "last name"; ALL come out "last name"; ... now?

It hasn't changed. You probably didn't notice what happened there. When you have more names than it displays, it puts the "..." in there to signify that there are more names in your list that didn't display.

Look at Norm's thread ping to the gang at the start of the thread and you'll see the "..." for the 140 or so names that didn't display.
